Weird, possibly terrible idea: #fediverse #Omegle? You are connected to someone on a server that yours federates with (whom you haven't blocked, etc), the server doesn't tell your their account handle, but if necessary you *can* report them.

Omegle has been shut down as part of a settlement from a lawsuit.
A female user claimed its defective and negligent design enabled her to be sexually abused through the site.
More details are available in the above article, warning it gets creepy.
In 2022, there were 608,601 reports of child exploitation on Omegle to the nonprofit National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s CyberTipline.

Didn't use #Omegle personally but follow a very talented musician on YouTube who would post reaction videos of him playing requests for people on Omegle. Shame it's gone, looked like there were lots of nice people on there too. But idiots and creeps spoil things for everyone else.
