Until recently, I thought these were the same statue. Turns out one is in #MountHopeCemetery and the other in #BrightonCemetery, both in #RochesterNY. My guess is that they were both cast from the same (popular) mold.

Walk from Husky Stadium to the Arboretum and Volunteer Park and learn about local history in the 3rd installment of my Seattle Olmsted 50 series! This section of the route created by the Mountaineers includes Montlake, Foster Island, Arboretum, Interlaken Park, and Volunteer Park.
Note: this was delayed for over a month due to a vacation and other events, so I'm hoping to do the last 2 sections in June and July.
