⛽Brandstofprijzen over de gehele brandstofketen zijn licht gedaald ten opzichte van een maand. Diesel is aan de pomp weer goedkoper dan benzine. Het beeld dat gemiddelde winstmarges niet bij tankstations, maar bovenin in de keten zijn gestegen blijft onveranderd. Dat blijkt uit onze Monitor Brandstofprijzen. ⤵️

🛢️ De onrust op de oliemarkt door de oorlog in Iran zorgt naar verwachting voor hogere winsten bij bedrijven die zich bezighouden met productie en verwerking (raffinage) van ruwe olie. Er zijn op dit moment geen aanwijzingen dat lager in de keten bij tankstations de gemiddelde winstmarges zijn gestegen. Dit blijkt uit onze eerste Monitor Brandstofprijzen.

Als we ergens geld vandaan moeten halen bij deze energiecrisis dan is het uit de winsten van oliebedrijven, niet onszelf (!) armer maken door accijnsverlaging van brandstof waardoor er minder geld is voor onderwijs, gezondheidszorg, infrastructuur, veiligheid etc

Iedereen die (te lang) heeft afgewacht met de transitie naar meer duurzame energie, gaat straks natuurlijk massaal om subsidies vragen vanwege hoge olieprijzen... Al heb ik empathie voor bedrijfstakken die nauwelijks om fossiele brandstoffen heen kunnen.
