What were the first Olympic games, summer or winter, that I remember watching?

I remember watching Russian Olga Korbut doing a back flip off the top bar of the uneven bars in Munich 1972.

The Munich Olympics is also remembered for the murder of the Israeli Olympic team by terrorists.

I was 11. Both happy and sad.

I mostly watched figure skating at the winter games.
