This is one of the old bog railways, unused now, which were used to take milled peat to a power station for burning to produce electricity. If you scroll in you csn just about see the vapor from it now as it burns wood chip instead and also the wind turbines on the cutaway bog. Look at the edges for some idea how deep the peat was. #bog #oldrailways #peat #bordnamona
