Як вам такий комп? На жаль з ним не усе добре, він не виходить з режиму сну, а включається повністю з нуля. Також іноді дивно запускається, а саме, або автоматично перезапускається, або зависає і доводиться вручну перезапускати. Мої варіанти що не так щось з блоком живленням або BIOS. А ви як думаєте?
На Debian + XFCE він доволі не погано працює. Раніше там була встановлена десятка і це було сумне видовище.

Surprisingly, DDR3 is still being sold "new", thankfully at a fraction of the price it was when I bought this motherboard. So my old box is now running happily at 32GB.
Next: SSDs being dirt cheap now, got a 512GB to replace an aging 128GB one which has started to misbehave; also purchased molex to dual SATA power adapter so I can add a 2TB drive I bought two years ago, but couldn't because I was missing one SATA power connector. Trying to extend the life of this machine as much as possible.

I was going through one of my many boxes of tech stuff for a mini-USB cable so I could charge up an older bluetooth keyboard I bought for $5 at a thrift store; eventually found it but stumbled upon two 8GB DDR3 sticks; current motherboard uses DDR3 (a bit behind the times but still perfectly usable) with 4GBx4 but it's faster memory than these two; still, I think 24GB clocked a little slower would be fine - I might also check if I can get two more 8GB sticks just to bring it up to 32GB. CPU is an FX8350, a veritable beast by 2012 standards and still good enough for my needs.

On the topic of this server, I still have some choices for upgrades.
The weird thing about it is that it runs DDR2 memory, 4GB of it right now. I will be upgrading it to 8GB with four 2GB sticks.
I might be able to also upgrade the CPU, it currently runs an Intel Core2 Duo E6550 (yikes). I might be able to upgrade it to a more powerful CPU on the LGA775 socket.
If I'm dedicated, I could also look into getting a low-profile GPU for it, although I'm not sure if I'll want to run Jellyfin on it as I already have a Jellyfin server.
