One of my techs is about 15 years younger than me, and he spends most of his days angry about all kinds of things that he has absolutely no control over. We just spent an hour on a really fun merry-go-round about an IT policy.
It all boiled down to his belief that it is possible to make everyone happy. I was trying to impart a lesson that took me 40 years to understand; It is not possible to make everyone happy. Down that path, lies insanity.

Not being patient is the main reason for stifling progress and burnout. Learn to be patient. Good things take time (many years in many cases!) and many iterations. Also helps to filter out the hype and fad :) #OldManWisdom
