Because I am a challenge addict I entered another one on the FAA forums. This time the theme is Birds.
Here was what I posted yesterday on day one.

Brand new art made from a old photo I had laying around. I love the Redbud trees that bloom first thing in springtime before they even put their heart shaped leaves on. It is a sight I look forward to after a long cold winter and it is when we know with a certainty that spring is here.

This is what I came up with for week 18 of the 52 week outdoors themed image challenge I am taking part in on FineArtAmerica.
It was an old iPhone shot I had laying around and I turned it into a digital watercolor today which breathed new life into this dead leaf.

Art question of the day.
When you buy an art print would you rather buy it framed, take it to an frame shop or frame it yourself?
Here is a before and after framing visual of my artwork.
I think a matted frame really takes my art to a new level!
The good news is that you can purchase it already professionally framed and ready to hang right from my website

Here is another one of my fractal watercolor fusion artworks. This one has #fractal #seahorses swimming in a watercolor ocean surrounded by pink coral.

My #ArtAdventCalendar post today is a digital watercolor of two cute little mice that I created a while back. I don't know why but they seem kind of Christmassy to me too.

Oh my! I just realized that I missed day one of the #ArtAdventCalendar
Hope it is not too late to join in on day two with this abstract of a Victorian gentleman in top hat who has a Dickens Christmassy vibe.
