President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has officially confirmed that two vessels belonging to Russia's so-called shadow oil fleet were struck in the waters at the entrance to the port of Novorossiysk, Krasnodar Krai. According to the head of state, the strike targeted ships used to transport petroleum products in circumvention of international sanctions.
