I've been trying to start a JDM & Kei car dealership for over two years now. In August I finally was able to sign a lease on a place that met the requirements by the state of VA to be a dealership.
I spent all of September on weekends and afternoons setting up and building out the space to meet those requirements.
This is what it cost to get me to where I am now which is still without a dealership license but very close to completion.
