@vertigo @crc I recently fixed a small bug in #OFW so it is certainly not bug-free. Sure the functionality required is very similar. You could define/redefine additional Forth words to change firmware's behaviour. But to change a whole thing you would need to reflash it. My point is about consistent, open source code and clean interfaces. #ACPI and #EFI are horrible mess, but that's a matter of my personal opinion. Some people strongly dislike reading #Forth code and I can understand that.
