I've got a good mate on FB who tastes these craft beers. Some of the recent tastings are:
*Swamp Funk - Quad Fruited Imperial Sour - Blackberry, blackcurrant, white grape & white peach
*Imperial 444 Sour Ale - Fig, lemon, blackberry & sweet cream
*Willie the Boatman - Double nectar of the hops
I could go on forever. I don't drink beer at all.

Spruce beer ~ American recipe 1796 American Cookery by Amelia Simmons
Take 4ounces of hops, boil half an hour in 1 gallon of water, strain hop water, add 16gallons of warm water, 2gallons of molasses, 8ounces of essence of spruce, dissolved in 1quart water, put it in clean cask, shake it well together, add half a pint of emptins, let it stand & work 1 week, if very warm weather less time will do, when it is drawn off to bottle, add 1spoonful of molasses to every bottle.
