Oof. I've spent some considerable time these last few days decrypting, sorting, renaming and tagging the book I've accrued on Kobo through Humble Bundle.

The #TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles comics were the most work, since converting those to cbz archives and joining all the two-page spreads.

And I just now finished the near-complete #Discworld #novel collection by #TerryPratchett and #SeananMcGuire's very much incomplete #InCryptid and #OctoberDaye series.

So now I just have to actually read 'em.

@thomasbeagle are you familiar with #SeananMcGuire ’s #OctoberDaye series? They are Bujoldian (#LoisMcMasterBujold ) in construction and very well edited. I am blessed with being #ReadAloud to while cooking and we are 10 books deep and loving it.

Continuing my 2022 #books thread.
During the summer and early fall, I binge read the entire #OctoberDaye series by Seanan McGuire. It helped me through stressful times. In addition to chosen family, it also has main character who has a talent for chaos (in the best way) which was oddly comforting.

I then went on to binge read McGuire's #Incryptid series. Talk about found families! I liked the most recent books in the series the best because I identified more with the characters.
