James Cameron eviscerates the morons behind the #OceanGate sub disaster in a very polite and professional manner.
He's an excellent presenter and explainer. I would have thought he was a scientific authority, rather than a film director, if I didn't know better.

Там, конечно, встречаются занятные вещи вроде погружения №80 (к Титанику) где при приближении к поверхности раздаётся громкий звук похожий на выстрел.
Лучше всего ситуацию можно описать примерно так:
Пассажиры: Чо это было?
Раш: Наверное, крысы.
продолжают погружения без техобслуживанияИ много другого интересного - как пытались достать компьютеры, как раскурочивали подводную видеокамеру и что в результате на ней нашли и не нашли, etc.

We're starting to get postmortem analysis due to ongoing testimony about the Ocean Gate Titanic submersible implosion. It sheds new light on how it might have happened. If you're up for it, at least it happened so fast, they never knew what stupid or careless design flaw killed them.
His analysis sounds plausible to me. We'll know more as time passes. For now, I'm gong to try to keep my feet firmly on the ground.
