I'm seeing some white people say things like "police are so much worse than they used to be" etc. These people are mistaken. However bad you think cops are now, they used to be worse. The difference is video evidence overcoming white people's distrust of nonwhite people's stories about police. Consider, e.g., cops of ~60 years ago.
