CPAP week 1 passed with no major issues. I've been using it all night long and getting high scores from the Bluetooth connected app. Feeling less drowsy in afternoons too. Some minor tickling irritation of my nose while I'm using it, and the first couple exhales require more force, but otherwise good. A lot of people have a horrible time with these gadgets.
