Meanwhile the cop and living doormat chasing him (#RobertDuvall), liberates himself through violence towards his wife, colleagues and MD's character. Whatever #JoelSchumacher was trying to say is muddled by the sensational presentation and was better told in #Cronenberg's #AHistoryOfViolence (2005).
