UNIDROIT signs Memorandum of Understanding with BAC/BIAC: On 26 June 2025, UNIDROIT and Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court (BAC/BIAC) concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions. The MoU was signed in Rome, by UNIDROIT Secretary-General Professor Ignacio Tirado and Mr Guo Wei, Chairperson of BAC/BIAC.
