I met Taz (IG @Tazio3538) at #NYUADArtsCenter where he has been one of our most loyal and vocally appreciative audience members since the beginning, despite being nonverbal.
Taz was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia when he was just over a year old, but that has not stopped him from pursuing his artistic passions. His poems have been featured in Rooftop Rhythms. He had a #digitalart opening last night.

I’m especially proud of Philip Rachid’s aka #Soultrotter’s short doc “It Ain’t Where You From” a 30 min film connected to “The Main Circle 7.83” a live transmedia film and performance. Both commissioned by #nyuadArtsCenter and the film with #ShubbakFestival on the underground #Bboy #Bgirl scene and #UAE as a place people from the region go for creative opportunities.
As part of tonight’s #UAE #NationalDay event #Hekayah | The Story at #NYUADArtsCenter, #Dubai based Egyptian chanter ZigZag Ghanim visited a@ #NYUAbuDhabi class on Modern #Arabic #Literature.
