"Don't worry. Be happy" is not advice. It is an outcome. Sounds nice but you cannot follow this advice because there is no plan.
"Don't stress" same thing. You might as well say "Be rich."Many a #nyresolution do this. Getting regular exercise is a great goal but it's not a plan if you haven't solved the puzzle of how your schedule and motivation will allow for it.
