Checking in, still alive!! I was not so active on here over the last weeks, because of holiday and I enjoyed lurking a bit too much 🙃

Back from holidays, also back on track with #crossfitlinchpin at #nymaoutdoorgym. And wirth days getting shorter again, the gym gets a nice vibe after dark… ✨🌃

This 7 rounds + 3 rounds was a gift that kept on giving. 31 minutes of “fun”!

Since a week, I found a new ‘home’ to workout. This outdoor gym in Nijmegen gathers all the crazies: powerlifters, bodybuilders, yogi, and now we are sprinkling in some crossfit. All in the beautiful outdoors under a bridge.
