I’ve see in a few times now the story where some car dealer or company gives a “free” car to someone who seems in need of one. What they don’t tell you is that car really isn’t free. Most of the time the car is generally leased sometimes only partially paid for. And of course the the costs of a car don’t end at purchase. They follow over to gas , insurance and repairs. And those costs generally fall onto the “lucky” recipient. Payments that recipient can’t actually make.
