  2. Perché l’economia russa resiste? Perché ha il NWF (National Wealth Fund) il Fondo Nazionale della Ricchezza russo, un fondo sovrano creato nel 2008. È finanziato principalmente da ricavi petroliferi e del gas oltre un prezzo di riferimento. Serve a stabilizzare il bilancio nei periodi di crisi economica o di bassi prezzi energetici. Il NWF è stato eroso per 2/3 dal 2022 (da 112 a ~40 mld USD), è sufficiente per 12-18 mesi. Per questo Putin ha aumentato le tasse.
