    I was visiting #relatives.
    One was saying how soft cheese was good for your leggs (#PunIntended).
    I asked why they thought that. Because of the calcium? In that case you'd better eat oranges. I explained why 🍊 😋
    The other one said that I was entitled to my own #opinions.
    Well... Have You Got A Second?

    The fact that oranges are healthier than dairy is not my opinion.
    The organisation where I learned this, as a volunteer, is called #NutritionFacts. Not #NutritionOpinions !
