@RWebbo25 Not sure what age your kid(s) are, but Dav Pilkey, the author of Captain Underpants ond DogMan series of kids books has #ADHD. I wouldn't say that it's the main theme of any of his books, but the stories definitely relate to being #nuerodiverse in a #Nuerotypical world. They're also a ton of fun and quite subversive. 😈

Sometimes focusing on what you can control can be the hardest thing. Especially when you wish you could control more. #nuerodiverse

I don’t have an answer, just curious if someone has an idea ready to go. Fascinated with those who have things to say because I find my mind in some sort of long term lazy limbo.

One thing that really helps me focus and be productive while having #ADHD is body doubling which is essentially working along side someone else at the same time. You don’t even have to be doing the same thing or even in the same room or even speaking to one another. You can Zoom with a friend for a period of time or use Flow Club which I use myself and highly recommend.

Oh! And be kind to yourself!
