I allow myself to feel desire as both the person looking and the person being looked upon.

    Now, I quiet those inner fires, knowing I can stoke them at any time, choosing to open the flow of my mind and see what thought bubbles up. Will I engage the next thought, or let it float by?

    It is, after all, simply a decision.
