It's -13C here (-21C with windchill) and we've had several cm of snow overnight, so I tried to get a "nope" picture from Eddie, who loves to go outside and has been trying to escape lately. He didn't so much say, "nope" as, "please let me stand here with the door wide open while it snows on me." #CatsOfMastodon #NSStorm

My wife knew that I had no keys. My neighbour dropped me off near the back door. Will get my building supplies tomorrow. I ran to the door with a tub of groceries. Doors are locked!! My wife is on the phone & can't hear me, over the wind. Drips are coming in, wind pushing rain under the flashings and rain caps. I should have worn boots. I'm soaked anyway.

Last week was not a fun week to drive on #NovaScotia roads! Started the week coming across a multi-car accident on the highway. The rest of the week was driving on snowy slippery roads, digging out, and generally looking out the window wondering how I would get to or from work. I hope next week is better! #NSWeather #NSStorm
