- 🎵 Notes: Peach, Green Apple, Fruit
- 🤔 My Thoughts: I ran out of beans before my next Trade shipment so I swung into a Dollop and picked these up. And they were great! Also they were oddly big beans.

- 🎵 Notes: Cherry Ganache, Chocolate, Brown Sugar
- 🤔 My Thoughts: Shoutout to @PaulieFear for the rec! This one was pretty good and the cherry notes shone through. Definitely needs a finer grind to get those flavors to pop.

- 🎵 Notes: Grapefruit, Jasmine, Dried Fruit
- 🤔 My Thoughts: I'm not really an Indonesian coffee fan. This was very fruit heavy and that's not my jam. I found a finer ground made it better though.

- 🤔 My Thoughts: Great bean, highly recommend. I've been on a cherry kick lately so this fit right in. Not too sweet but a wonderful tart to start the day.

- 🗺️ Location: Not sure where the beans are from, but roasted right here in #Chicago!
- 🔥 Roast: Medium
- 🎵 Notes: Chocolate
- 🤔 My Thoughts: Initially I ground these too fine and wasn't a fan, but once I dialed that in, this coffee is great! Highly recommend, and love buying from a local roaster!

- 🎵 Notes: Ripe Fruit, Milk Chocolate, Caramel
- 🤔 My Thoughts: This one is definitely a hit. I've been messing around with grind size and I found a sweet spot that brings out all of the delicious flavor of these beans. These beans will be on my short-list of favorites!
