I was very #NotVegan last night, enjoying a huge plate of kabob koobideh (ground beef kabob).

Today, I stuck with mostly #PlantBased, having only a couple dishes including egg: a little bit of "kuku" (very herby loaf-like, fritter-like Persian dish) which included egg as a binder, and a few slices of yummy lentil bread, which had a similar amount of the same, for a similar purpose.

Watch for the academic teardown of Henry Kissinger's warcrime of a Chinese dish, stay for the shade and ultimate judgement on these war criminal fuckfaces.

#Larzac gérer 6000 ha implique de composer avec la population d'un territoire. Y a pas longtemps, on a fait une réunion avec les chasseurs (on a quelques problèmes de soucis avec eux). Ils nous ont apporté des offrandes.
Donc ce soir on se fait une bouffe avec le salarié, un de ses amis géographe, et deux autres gérant.es. Cuissot de sanglier, cuisson lente. Il est au four.

Put little red potatoes, dry garbanzos, dry black beans, cloves of raw garlic, a seared/browned chuck steak, asparagus, baby carrots, celery, rough chopped Vidalia, beef brother, salt, pepper, olive oil, salt, pepper, and TABASCO Chipotle Pepper Hot Sauce into my crock pot, set it to low, and will have a semblance of both tonight's dinner and a (couple) weeks worth of dinners in the freezer and fridge. #notvegan
