CW: Mental Health, Advice needed
What do you do when you are completely overwhelmed by adult life? Too many things, so many bad news. I should be able to handle this but I'm not. Heck, I'm over 50 yrs old, this should not be happening. And yes, I already tried to make a list and stay calm.
