@xssfox propably the same when minors in the USA have sex:

#NotLegalAdvice but I'd assume that…
I think such legislation is bad because it doesn't account for differences in severity and whether someone is actually able to consent, and generates on paper felons and felonies for.victimless offenses.
I guess this is some 19th century legislation that never got axed?

@fluepke ich würde §§ 4, 6 EinhZeitG so tbh verstehen, dass die gesetzliche Zeit im Verhältnis zu UTC bestimmt ist und die PTB die ("objektiv existierende") Zeit nur darstellt, also rein deklaratorisch tätig wird, andererseits stellt sich dann natürlich die Frage, wer UTC festlegt für die Zwecke des deutschen Rechts und damit landet man vmtl. iwie bei einer metaphysischen Rechtsfrage #NotLegalAdvice

Dass er von der bösartigen Bestie noch, was identifizierbares übrig gelassen hat, zeigt doch, wie sehr er auf die Verhältnismäßigkeit bedacht war.

@dynamic It has been a while since I had to deal with this, but yes, in principle it's income and it's up to you report it along with appropriate deductions. What the crowdfunding platform will vary but often if it's below a certain amount they won't report anything. Setting yourself up as a sole proprietorship in the US (unless you are using a business name other than your own name or if you want access to certain kinds of banking) beyond including the self employed income in your end of year filing. #notlegaladvice
