An important subject krept up while I'm on spotty discontinuous Internet.

I noticed that all of my Android systems have become junkies for notification
It starts with the WiFi network Interface, which begs for a router which has a gateway where it can send Ping packets to the Google Alphabet network.
Then it goes to different clients which work perfectly fine without internet, but have phone home libraries included.
It goes so far that fourty eight hours after disconnected use, the WiFi Network Interface software, suggests options to fix the lack of a working transparent Bridge to the internet.

This happens through all versions of Android I have running here.
