The worst part about Ratcliffe having any influence on the club (apart from just being an all round shady tax dodging weasel) is that he's bringing Brailsford on board - a man who claimed for years that it was "marginal gains" providing the winning edge for British Cycling when we know now it was more like "pharmacy gains" between the "I forget what was in it" jiffy bags and the "he always gets bad asthma on days when he needs to win a stage" TUEs.
