New EHRC #guidance publicly states that #Trans #women can be #excluded from #femaleonly #jobs.

The #EqualityAct protects #trans #women as women from the moment they #decide to #transition their #gender. They don't need to have updated their #birthcertificate or gotten a #GRC.
