  1. I would like to organize my notes a bit better...

Is there any recommended #opensource #crossplatform #markdown editor with #git support, copy&past (automatic image/screenshot insertion) and *good* source code snippet formatting (I don't want to corrupt my notes because one special quote char broke the editor)?

That's a great question. My humble experience has taught me the following:

    • There is no single model for note-taking. It depends on the project, the people with whom you will share the notes, and even how your brain is wired when you work on the project.

    • Don't hesitate to change methods. A new approach might work better.
Note-taking depends on the source or initial state of the project.

    • Sometimes you might start with a mind map if the topic is unclear, use existing information if it's an established project, or even create a list of tasks.

Woo hoo - the Samsung "Notepaper" matt writing cover arrived today for my Samsung S9 FE.

I would like to move more towards digitally writing my notes during product tests and reviews. Hopefully this helps, as it "simulates" the feel of writing on paper with a pen, and also turn the display into a matt finish.

    A few notes:

    - Very confusing as to whether this Samsung S9 Notepaper cover would work with the FE or not. Samsung officially says no. But redditors etc said yes

    - It DOES work 100% fine with the S9 FE model. The tablet recognizes the screen when you attach it magnetically (asks you to change a sensitivity setting), and it fits perfectly.

    Let's go!

  4. In 2009, I wrote some notes called "Moleskine Hack" foo.be/cgi-bin/wiki.pl/Moleski about my practices around paper notebooks.

13 years later, my addiction to paper notebooks is worst than ever. I feel the need to write a more complete document about this. How to use efficiently paper notebook but also how to support a creative process. Those are media and space to create something, every notebook is the start of something new.
