    I finished my Summer Reading Bingo Card…

    With probably the best final book. A Land Apart From Time (Dinotopia #01). They never said all the books for the adult bingo card had to be written for adults. Plus an additional 12 books read. I turn everything in on Saturday. Let's hope for some good finds at the library's book sale.

    I had a good Friday #eMTB ride today (ahem). About 16km of up & down firetrails and one tough climb. I mostly kept a steady pace, but kicked it up to 70% assist for that hill, & absolutely flew up. Truly amazing. A short lookout break & a steady ride home. Despite the break & taking it easy, I passed my theoretical max HR a few times, & Mr Garmin told me I need 3.5 days rest! 😱

    It *was* hard work, but I felt pretty good - much better than last ride. 😁
