Oh shit. Just realized I signed myself up for parent teacher conferences starting at 8:30am Thursday. I did NOT mean to do that. Guess there's no going back now! I better prepare myself for being presentable and articulate at too early o'clock Thursday morning.

I am (moderately) impressed with myself today, as I have managed to wake up, get up, cook (and eat) breakfast, and even make some filter coffee by a (fairly) reasonable time this morning. I’m sure the rest of my day will be only downhill from here… #NotAMorningPerson

Apart from a brief trial of morning showers when I was first married, always before bed. I hate getting into bed dirty - especially if there's any chance of hanky-panky 😂
Morning showers *were* refreshing, but I never took to them. Just like morning exercise. Once upon a time I'd run 15km after work. Before work? Not even around the block. Makes no sense at all, but 🤷

I don't always get to work at 7 AM, but, when I do, I'm always amazed at how many people are already out and about by then. #NotAMorningPerson

Is age finally catching up with me?
Am I forever doomed to waking up in the middle of the night because I have to pee?
Will I forever be unable to get back to sleep and forced to either struggle with tiredness all day, or be one of those people who go to bed whilst it's still daylight outside?
Will I need blackout blinds/curtains?
Time to retrain my bladder again... it's worked before... please work again. I'm not a morning person... I've never been a morning person.
