Well this is odd, and possibly concerning. A #NOTAM restricting pilots from operating below 18000 ft has been issued for all of El Paso, which borders Mexico, for security reasons.

This effectively shuts down El Paso's airport (KDNA) for an entire week.

Interesting detail I hadn’t noticed. #NOTAM - Notice to Air Missions - are an essential part of flight preparation, however, in the US they have recently been renamed to their old name “Notice to Air Men” by the #FAA. I guess women are not supposed to know these things in the US ? 🤔
