A Norwegian pound cake I've baked for a friend, from a recipe on the King Arthur site. I use the extra egg suggested in the recipe and replace the sour cream with creme fraiche. I also use cake flour instead of all-purpose, adding four tablespoons of all-purpose to reinforce it a bit.
