@tinker I love to see talk of fashion here. I don't have time, money, or energy to get fancy: but fashion is still interesting on a budget.

My journey was remarkably similar to yours.

Now I focus on compatible colors and classic styles that I'm comfortable in.

I still routinely wear a black hoodie as a nod to hacker movie culture, and because it amuses me to think it may make some conformists a little uncomfortable.

More an observation from personal experience: I found one of your posts by accident, it would have surfaced more easily had it been tagged.
