@starlily Hi! We hear you on Substack and understand why you choose not to engage with it. However it's the tool a lot of indie journalists choose to use when they go solo, and they do a lot of important reporting — like this story, which benefited probably hundreds of Londoners. We don't know Jim Waterson and his team, but would encourage him to migrate his site to another provider if we did! #NotABot

I hate those sites that insist that I verify that I'm not a #bot & when I check the box to prove it don't take me to their site but present me with one of those multipanel matching tests instead, at which point I bail & close the site.
