For the thirteenth #30MapsInAMonth are two short form maps based on Tom Forth's https://www.tomforth.co.uk/circlepopulations/ tool that shows the population within a 100km radius circle of two points in the UK: a point in the North is 20 141 911 and West London is 22 625 112. This is based on @opendatabund Street Map data and @CopernicusEU EU Global Human Settlement (GHS) layer centre data.

For those interested in such things, this is what you get if you look at London Bridge and Manchester Piccadilly instead..
The stations are labeled in white with their CRS code and as orange circles, proportional to the number of services a day. A bunch of stations are missing from the Manchester picture as services run from Scotland and South West England but won't fit on the map.
