    Cheapest property on market in the village £290K & needs work.

    We're only able to live here because we are in a shared ownership property.

    Meanwhile locals can’t afford to buy or find somewhere to rent. Dozens of second homes in our village #Overstrand #NorthNorfolk sit vacant for most of the year while an increasing number become holiday lets.
