Calling #electronics folks who know their #ledpanels: what can account for the fringing seen here?
It's not generated by the source (an #Atari130XE) - I've got another Tevion TV on which the image from this source is perfect.
This is an RGB source over SCART. The same RGB source via S-Video looks the same.
Is this a kind of image sharpening, working as intended, or marginal electronics in the input processing? The third image, a notification generated by the TV itself, looks perfect.
The TV has been reset to factory defaults via the menu.
I'd be very appreciative of comments and boosts alike! Thank you!

@Kajo Yeeeeessss... einen seiner Vorgänger hatte ich bis 2015 noch in Betrieb - allerdings als "billige" Kopie - wurde von #NordMende seinerzeit als " #astrocorder " 😁 😁 : D vertrieben.
Der Vorgänger davon wiederum hatte (in der nicht-Automatik-Variante) statt der Rolle am Lautstärke #potentiometer zwei Schieberegler. Und da, wo sich auf Deinem Bild das eingebaute #Electred Kondensatormikrofon links unter dem Gitterchen versteckt, da hatte der Astrocorder eine schäbige, klitzekleine Aussteuerungsanzeige verbaut. GEIL, ich liebe sowas! 😁
