So, after chewing through a LOT of plastic fly swatters, I finally broke down and bought a leather one (the BugBane two pack). They work really well, and even in confined spaces. I see that some folks are making their own. They would seem pretty easy to make (if one has some basic leather tools)!

J'ai découvert ça... c'est du déodorant, du pour les aisselles. C'est "genré" sur le design de la boite mais bon...
Une petite boite de carton cubique (genre 4x4x4 cm) et le bloc de déo à l'huile (bio) de coco.
Je suis content parce que j'ai déjà tente de me faire mon propre déo, histoire de bannir un peu plus le plastique, mais ça demandait l'achat d'huiles essentielles, ou alors je sentais le citron et l'huile d'olive...

I got me a philips electric toothbrush, I can't find ANY plastic in the packaging, the pieces are either wax coated paper or some fabric-like paper. Not even a plastic sticker to seal the box.

Springbrunnen - in klein 😉

Heutzutage einen Springbrunnen oder auch andere Wasserspielzeuge für den Garten zu finden, die nicht aus Plastik sind, ist keine so leichte Aufgabe:

Balluster mit oben und unten Stahlbewehrung 35,00

Graue Schale 40cm Durchmesser 70,00 - Zu teuer aus dem Blumenladen 🙁

Solarpümpchen 20,00 - Plastik 😞

Marmorsteine 10,00 - 25 Kg nur 4 Kg gebraucht.

Der nächste wird hoffentlich besser & günstiger - Wenn das gelingt, gehe ich in Serienproduktion 🤣

No matter how hard I try, I can't go fully plastic free.

Since #France doesn't #recycle many of the single use plastic items like bags or wrapping material, I push them hard into a milk bottle before dropping it into recycle bin.

This is 3 months of #plastic items from different packages I've used. despite using reusable shopping bags buying in bulk with my own fabric based bags and not buying double, triple or quadruple packed items

My next #noplastic challenge is the monthly reception at the gallery. They use plastic cups for wine, plastic utensils and paper plates. And heavy-duty plastic trash bags with only half full. I'm thinking about switching to paper cups and compostable utensils. I may have to buy them on my own because they cost more, but I really can't stand looking at all that single-use waste. Oh, you don't want your free wine in paper cups? You don't have to have it 😆 #noplastic

I've stopped using bottled shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We switched back from dishwasher pods to the good-old powder type in a cardboard box. Ajax is back, spray cleaner is out. Laundry soap is now a sheet type. Changing for #noplastic is easy, and often cheaper. Now I feel grossed out in the shampoo isle in store. #plastic #ReduceRepairReuseRecycle

@padeluun tja, da hat die Taz wirklich recht, die Plastikdeckel sind wirklich das kleinste Problem beim immer weiteren Anwachsen des Plastikmülls in der Welt. Auch Kleidungsstücke bestehen immer häufiger aus diversen Kunststoffgemischen, das ist auch Plastikmüll, da müsste viel eher etwas getan werden... #noplastic

Hätte ich auch nie drauf getippt, dass Männer im Prinzip mal mit #Sonnencreme verhüten können.
"Weichmacher" (klingt schon männlichkeitsbedrohend), .u.a. in Sonnencremes enthalten, sind nämlich für Fortpflanzungsschädigungen verantwortlich.
Zu finden sind sie auch in #Plastikverpackungen. Ölhaltige Produkte lösen die dort gerne heraus.
Auch über die Haut gelangen sie in den Körper (z.B. über Kassenbons)
