I’m so proud of how this lamb dinner I made came out this evening. It’s marinated, herb citrus roasted lamb with sliced cabbage, carrots and potatoes 🤤 yum!

The hut had coffee and カレーうどん.
Since it's cold and I'm really hungry, I decided to go for it, even though I was sure it wouldn't be vegetarian 😢The host figured out I wouldn't appreciate the chicken and took it out, at least the largest chunks. Anyway, it was delicious; it's unbelievable that you can get real food in a hut at 2500m for just ¥800.
