" #Secondhand #smoke ought to be treated more seriously as a #publichealth #threat, w more punitive #penalties in cases of non-compliance w court decisions, rather than as conflicts btw neighbours. #Smokers who are considerate wld find spaces to smoke w/o having others breathe in e smoke they breathe out. It wld be healthier for all of us if there were #laws tt compel smokers to behave in such a #considerate manner"
