I was going to post something the other day about how I had a submissive until about 10 months ago, when we stopped our dynamic.

He is married and his wife had asked him to stop his kink stuff for a time to refocus his energy and time in his marriage and family. He and I had talked when we first started with our thing, and we're very open about how his relationship with his family, and my relationship with Greg, were our priorities and that was how we wanted it. I don't usually do hierarchical relationships, but this suited everyone involved and was a deliberate decision... whereas my issue with hierarchy is that it's often not through deliberate choice, but is just followed because that's "the way it's meant to be".

For some reason the last couple of weeks I'd started thinking about him a fair bit. I had a couple of dreams that he was in, and when I sat down and had a real think about why I was thinking about him I realised it was because I was missing him.

Then, yesterday.. out of the blue, he messaged me on Fetlife. He's reactivated his account, we're chatting again. Things with his wife and family are great and they've agreed that he can go explore his kink side again.

Sometimes the universe is an interesting place.
