Interesting… An issue with #publicBanking is how to choose who to lend to but a #nonLendingBank takes away that problem.A novel idea!
We've been saying for some time that to remain relevant in 21st century #banks could act more as a #recruitment service. They can aim to help a person find meaningful work — good for bank and #jobSeeker.
Also we think they should become #keystores for public #encryption keys.
Would that fit with your vision? If you don't mind, what country are you in?
