Uhhhh... this is super weird. You can do what you like, but if you aren't #Jewish, please don't call what you are doing celebrating #JewishHolidays. There is a long and violent history of #nonJews (#Christians especially) taking our holidays and deciding how they are celebrated and what they mean.
If you want, find some local #Jews you know and ask if you can celebrate with them.
